Your modem
- Let us know that you want to return your modem. Once we’ve processed your return request, we’ll send you an SMS and email with instructions.
- Drop your modem off to an Australia Post store and give them your return code. Australia Post will organise for your modem to be returned at no cost to you.
- If you don’t have a code yet, call us on 1300 85 85 85 before you get to Australia Post.
- Keep your receipt.
Make sure that you return your modem within 30 days to avoid a non-return fee.
