Primus currently have in excess of 300 employees enrolled in traineeship programmes which incorporate fully paid classroom training and external assessments through a registered training organisation. All employees participating in the traineeship gain a nationally recognised Certificate III or IV accreditation upon successful completion of all modules.
In addition to our accredited traineeship programme, our Learning and Development Department have recently launched our new E-learning Platform, which allows employees to access a wide variety of skills based training on line and undertake on line assessments as a part of skill development.
