Free Employee Assistance Programme:
The EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) is a free counselling service provided to all Primus employees and their families. This programme is designed to help employees resolve a wide range of issues including work related, personal and family issues. The EAP is a 24 hour, 7 day a week service and is professional, convenient and confidential.
Paid Parental Leave
Maternity Leave
Primus employees with more than 12 months continuous service receive 6 weeks paid maternity leave. Primus offers a further additional week of paid maternity leave for employees who have in excess of 5 years continuous service (7 weeks in total), in so far as the total period of absence does not exceed 52 weeks.
Paternity Leave
Primus Telecom provides one week paid paternity/ supporting partner leave to employees who have 12 months continuous service at the time of confinement of their partner. A total of 51 weeks of unpaid paternity leave is also available to employees if they are the primary caregiver of the child.
17.5% Annual Leave Loading
Permanent employees of Primus receive annual leave loading of 17.5% to provide them with extra cash on their recreational breaks
Free Broadband and Dial up Internet
Primus employees are entitled to free Broadband after 3 months of service with the company and Dial up Internet immediately. We provide employees with 21GB ADSL2+ plan for FREE providing Primus employees have a home connection with Primus. Other plans are also available at a discounted rate to employees.
