As a result of the devastating bushfires in Victoria that have left many people without their homes, belongings and loved ones, iPrimus will be offering relief to customers who have been affected.
Call diversions
Customers who require their land-line phone diverted to their mobile phone where their telephony exchange or home has been destroyed can contact iPrimus on 1300 85 44 85 or email customerservice@iprimus.com.au (please supply your Client Number (if known), Landline Number and Mobile Number) to arrange to have their phone number diverted free of charge for a period of 30-days, which will be reviewed based on the situation.
Loss of service & Billing
As a result of services being unavailable, customers can also request that their billing be suspended until such time they require services to be restored at their previous or new premises. For customers forced to relocated, iPrimus will be waiving the relocation charge to assist with customers during this difficult time.

Donations
iPrimus employees are currently passing the hat around to raise money which will be donated to the Red Cross. Customers wishing to donate to the cause should contact the Red Cross directly.
