The Telstra Velocity network was purchased by Uniti Group in December 2020. Uniti Group will soon be transitioning the Velocity network into their Opticomm network. All households in the Velocity network will need to submit an upgrade order with an Opticomm provider, such as iPrimus.

This will depend on the location of your existing internet connection box.
If the connection box is located inside your property, then no appointment is required, and you will be able to access all available plans.
If the connection box is located outside your property, then an appointment will be required to upgrade the connection box so that you can access all available plans. iPrimus can manage this upgrade process for you. In the meantime, you will still be able to connect with iPrimus, however the available plans will be limited to Standard and Standard Plus plans.
