All our mobile plans are month-to-month and you can keep your phone number or get a new one.

Step 2: Submit your order

We’ll confirm your order via email and send out your SIM. You should receive it in 3-5 business days.

Things you need to know about our mobile plans

Our month-to-month plans are SIM only and you can use your own phone. You can also keep your existing number or we can provide a new one.

All plans include unlimited national calls to landlines, mobiles, special numbers like 13/1300/1800 and voicemail. Plus unlimited national and international SMS & MMS. All call and data inclusions are for use within Australia only and expire after each billing period. iPrimus’ Acceptable Use Policy applies to all inclusions.

Your plan doesn’t include excess data, premium calls and text, or international calls to countries outside the selected list (link to list). You can find the fees and rates for these extras here.

Our mobile plans will connect you to the Optus 3G & 4G network. You’ll get the same coverage & service. See the full coverage map. iPrimus acts as a reseller of Optus services. iPrimus is responsible in supplying these services to our customers and we have no other affiliation or relationship with our wholesalers outside of our wholesale agreements.

International minutes to selected countries are included in your plan. Refer to Critical Information Summary for included countries and the International Call Rate Page for rates to other locations.

International Roaming is disabled on your new iPrimus mobile plan. To enable or check the status of roaming on your iPrimus Mobile contact our live chat team team or call 131 789. For details on the call costs go to our International roaming page.
