Things you need to know about our internet plans

Typically connections will take 3-5 business days.

Connection times will vary depending on your network and technology type or if an appointment is required. We’ll keep you informed along the way.

We will ship your modem to your nominated address via StarTrack at no cost to you. You’ll receive an SMS with the tracking information once the modem has been shipped.

Set-up fees apply for Opticomm and RedTrain plans. There are no set-up fees on any of our nbn plans. Additional connection charges may apply for first-time connections in new developments. Find out more.

You can change your plan anytime via My Account or by calling our friendly team on 131 789.

Yes, you can bring your existing home phone number to iPrimus. Simply provide your existing number and current account number when you submit your order and we will organise the rest.

All our plans come with a modem included and we recommend using our modem to ensure the best experience and support. If you choose to use your own modem we are unable to guarantee compatibility and recommend you check with the manufacturer of your modem to confirm.

iPrimus operates on the nbn, Opticomm and RedTrain networks which all use a mix of different technologies to deliver the internet to households. The network and technology type your property is connected to will determine which plans are available.
